Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We do not accept returns. 

If you need to cancel an order, it must be before we have provided tracking information. Once we provide tracking, the item has shipped and cannot be cancelled.

We are not responsible for customs fees, tariffs, or brokerage fees. If you live outside of the United States, or if you are having an item shipped outside of the United States, please be aware there may be extra fees due to the carrier brokerage fees, as well as customs/tariff fees. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If your order is cancelled, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at yourscenttherapy@gmail.com.
