Shipping times

Once the order is placed, shipping labels are generated. We ship within 7-14 business days. Once the item(s) ships, tracking will be updated. 
    Orders may ship sooner than 7 to 14 business days depending on order volume, Holidays, etc.

Temperature & Shipping Notice

Our body oils are made with high-quality ingredients that may naturally react to changes in temperature during shipping and storage. During colder weather, some oils may become cloudy, develop small crystals, or partially solidify. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, fragrance, or performance of the product.

Exposure to extreme heat—such as being left in a hot mailbox, vehicle, or direct sunlight—may cause the oil to become very thin or temporarily alter its appearance. While this typically does not damage the product, prolonged exposure to excessive heat can gradually reduce the strength of the fragrance over time. For best results, store your body oil in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

If crystallization occurs, simply place the bottle in a cup of warm (not boiling) water for 5–10 minutes, then gently shake the bottle until the oil returns to its normal consistency. If the oil has been exposed to extreme heat, allow it to return to room temperature before use. With proper storage, your body oil will continue to provide the luxurious scent and skin-loving benefits you expect from Scent Therapy.

We are not responsible for customs fees, tariffs, or brokerage fees. If you live outside of the United States, or if you are having an item shipped outside of the United States, please be aware there may be extra fees due to the carrier brokerage fees, as well as customs/tariff fees.
